Q: What are the fees?
A: There is a refundable fee of RM1,000 and a non-refundable administrative fee of RM100 (passed as a resolution at 3rd AGM). The non-refundable fee is to cover use of floor protection in lobby and other administrative costs associated with moves. The refundable fee is a security deposit in the event your move causes damage to the building, or you violate rules regarding scheduling, day/hour of your move, use of improper building entrances, elevators, etc. These fees need to be paid to the PMO along with forms C1, C2 and C3 seven (7) days before your moving date. These forms are available for downloading by clicking here. The RM1,000 deposit will be returned after the move and after the security or PMO staff have inspected the common area for any signs of damage. It is important that you monitor the move closely to ensure that there is no damage to the common area.
Q: What lift should my movers or I use?
A: The designated lift for moving is the middle lift of Wing C. Please do not to overload, jam, vandalise, deface or damage the lift.
Q: What are the times of day when moves/deliveries are permitted?
A: Moves and deliveries of large items can take place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. No moves or deliveries are permitted on Sundays.
Q: Where should move/delivery drivers park their vehicle?
A: Move/Delivery vehicles should park at the main loading entrance.
Q: I am moving in, what do I need to do?
A: You must contact the PMO seven (7) days before you plan to move in and complete forms C1, C2 and C3. All maintenance fees must be paid in full before moving-in permission is granted. If you are a tenant, you need to provide a copy of your tenancy agreement to the PMO. The PMO will advise the security staff of your moving in details. All moving boxes must be removed by your movers and not placed in the common refuse room.
Q: What special access cards do I require to enter and park in ATC?
A1: Access proximity cards (RM50 refundable deposit each) will give you access to the building and facilities.
A2: Boom Gate Transponders (RM150 refundable deposit each). The maximum is two (2) transponders unless you have purchased or rented additional parking bays.
A3: Car Park Stickers. The maximum is two (2) car park stickers unless you have purchased or rented additional parking bays. The first two (2) car stickers are free and additional stickers at RM10/piece will only be issued when there is a purchased or rented additional parking bay. If a unit only has two (2) allocated parking bays, they will only be issued two (2) parking stickers regardless of how many cars that they have to reduce the chance of these additional cars entering our premise and parking in non-authorized areas. The full sticker must be displayed on the windshield and it must match the car park bay or the car may be clamped.
Q: I am new to the building, are there any special rules that I should be aware of?
A: Yes. There are House Rules that every resident of Armanee Terrace needs to follow that includes rules about Renovation Works, Use of Common Property, Use of Condominium, Use of Recreational Facilities etc.. Q: I am moving out, what do I need to do?

If you are a tenant, you must ensure that your landlord is aware of your moving-out date. The PMO will advise the security staff of your moving out details.
Q: What should I do with my access cards, car park stickers and boom gate transponders?
A: Return them to the PMO any access cards, car park stickers and boom gate transponders that was issued under your name. You will need to bring with you to the PMO your deposit receipt to receive a refund.
