FAQ - Moving-In & Moving-Out

GENERAL

Q: What are the fees?
A: There is a refundable fee of RM1,000 and a non-refundable administrative fee of RM100 (passed as a resolution at 3rd AGM).
The non-refundable fee is to cover use of floor protection in lobby and other administrative costs associated with moves. The refundable fee is a security deposit in the event your move causes damage to the building, or you violate rules regarding scheduling, day/hour of your move, use of improper building entrances, elevators, etc. These fees need to be paid to the PMO along with forms C1, C2 and C3 seven (7) days before your moving date. These forms are available for downloading by clicking here. The RM1,000 deposit will be returned after the move and after the security or PMO staff have inspected the common area for any signs of damage.  It is important that you monitor the move closely to ensure that there is no damage to the common area.
