PMO Maintenance Staff for Common Property

The PMO sees it timely to remind residents to engage their own contractors for any repairs to their unit.  The maintenance fees are for the PMO maintenance staff to maintain the common areas ONLY. The PMO has a list of recommended contractors that was put together based on residents' referrals. 

The PMO regularly receives calls insisting that a maintenance staff is sent to fix leaking taps, clogged toilets, appliances not working etc.. As much as we understand the need to have repairs in a unit looked at immediately, this is not part of the PMO maintenance staff responsibilities.
