Intercom System

The Intercom System in ATC has not been functioning for many years.  MK Land’s Consultant  produced a report last year that it would cost RM230k to fix the 130 intercoms that according to them, do not work. It would be interesting to meet the lucky 400 residents whose intercoms do work.

On 29 October 2012, MK Land made us a proposal as detailed below. The present JMC set up a task force to investigate all matters relating to MK Land including but not limited to the Intercom System. Based on the task force’s findings, the JMC felt that the offer made by MK Land on 29 October 2012 was inadequate and had unacceptable conditions. Upon further negotiations, we have managed to get MK Land to agree in writing to a vastly improved offer.
