Good Day to All,


This is to inform that due to the Electrical Failure ( Report number: U869 KU )at Wing C on the 6th September 2012, some resident from Wing C  12th to 17th Floor may have encountered an issue whereby some of the electrical appliance were damage due to electrical interruption incurred.  Over the complain from the Resident, PMO had discussed with TNB  regarding the issue and TNB has requested all those residents who have their equipment’s faulty can deal directly with TNB and provide their details as below for TNB to take further action.


Resident who had encountered this problem need to submit their compensation request  directly to TNB Kepong as per the guidelines below:


·                    Resident Full Name ( Tenant,please attach with your         

Tenancy agreement )

·                    TNB Account number ( this is on your monthly bill)

·                    List of the Equipment / Appliance Faulty

·                    Cost  to replace Or repair faulty equipment

·                    Contact Telephone number

·                    Photo of the Faulty Equipment.

·                    Bills
