Direct Debit - Need to Submit New Authorization Form

Due to the end of Burgess Rawson Sdn Bhd no longer managing ATC, a new Direct Debit Authorization form would need to be completed. This new authorization will deposit your fees directly into our ATC Joint Management Body account. What we require from you:
(1) Fill in a new Direct Debit Authorization form at the PMO office
(2) Photocopy of the front and back of your credit card for signature and cvc code verification
(3) Photocopies of your December 2009 & January 2010 credit card statements so that we can verify that Burgess Rawson had input correctly your billings. 

The PMO will be contacting all owners that were on Direct Debit under Burgess Rawson to ensure that this system of payment is not interrupted.

Direct Debiting is a simple, reliable and economic way of settling your account.  We invite you to sign the Direct Debit Authorization form  to pay us your service fees, sinking fund,  water charges, insurance and other building related amounts - you specify.

  3. No need to send in proof of transfer of funds
  4. No Late Payment Interest charges
  5. No queuing at cash offices or your bank
  6. Possible reduction in Bank charges
  7. All collections will go directly into OUR ATC Joint Management Body account
  8. This may be the last Direct Debit Authorization that you will complete since we are self-managed and have our own accounting system.

Guarantees from Us: 

  1. Direct Debiting will only be for the amount outlined in your authorization form
  2. You can cancel Direct Debit at any time by informing the Property Management Office (PMO)
You are under no obligation to set up direct debit as other means of invoice settlement are available.  However, we urge you to take this opportunity to simplify your payment arrangements.
